Recent Activity For the past 6 months, I've been fortunate enough to have been run off my feet designing a new website, clothing collection and catalogue for Syndicate Clothing. All of which will be online for you to see shortly. Now I have a little time to breathe, I've finally got round to getting my portfolio website online and up-to-date. The selected work from 2006 - 2009 presents a cross-section of my core competencies including, but not limited to, graphic design, web design and animation. I welcome and appreciate any feedback as I'm constantly looking for improvement and striving for the highest creative standard possible. I'm currently looking for new projects to focus my energy on. I'm availabe for freelancing anywhere in the world and part/full-time work in Spain.
Profile - - A tea & biscuit fuelled freelance designer working out of Marbella, Spain. Passionate about design, I'm a self motivated, intuative, adaptable & highly creative individual. I believe that with determination, dedication & hard work anything's possible. I throw myself into everything I do and complete projects on time with meticulous attention to detail. - Things I Like Extreme sports, music, BBQ's, dogs, cooking & fitness to name just a handful.	Education - 2002 - 2006 BA Honours Degree Animation & Electronic Media Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design. University of Dundee. - Skills - Print Working from concept to completion, as well as dealing directly with printers. Software knowledge includes: Photoshop, Illustrator & In Design. - Web I’ve been involved from the initial creative, architectural development and final look and feel stages of the project. I'm also fully aware of the importance of search engine optimisation. Software knowledge includes: A design understanding of Flash & Dreamweaver. - Animation Experience in traditional hand-drawn 2D animation, Flash animation, character design, sound design, editing & compositing. Software knowledge includes: Flash, After Effects, Pro Tools, Premier & Final Cut Pro. - Traditional Drawing & Painting	Experience - Syndicate Clothing Originally a sponsored snowboarder for Syndicate Clothing, they welcomed me into the creative collective during my 1st year of art college where I worked freelance on apparel designs & promotional material throughout my degree. In 2006, they asked me to evolve their current fragmented brand. This included new logos, messaging, imagery and collateral along with a new website launched in 2007. I was recently asked to design a new clothing collection and catalogue as well as raise the professional profile of the brand online through a new, improved & optimised website. - Freelance Work I've worked on a host of identity and fashion/retail projects producing promotional material including flyers, posters, adverts, event banners & flags as well as logos, business cards, catalogues, brochures & websites. - Clients Syndicate Clothing, 30 Corps Snowboards, BUSC Events, Ozzys, Shepherd & Wedderburn, Scent of Scotland, Lizard Lounge, Patience Jewellery.
